Save Ali’s donkeys

Veterinarian Ali and his wife run the only donkey shelter in eastern Turkey. We visited the shelter last year. There are currently 115 animals, including cows, sheep, and other injured and mistreated animals.

All animals are forced to move house!

Out of the blue, the local government decided that the shelter has to move because they have other plans for the site. Ali has found a new site, but to move the shelter to a different location costs 20,000 euros. The Turkish supporting organisation Haytap together with Animal Heroes raised 15.000 euros, but they need our help to raise an additional 5.000 euros.

With your help, we can create an amazing place for 115 animals, most of whom need medical care.
